About the San Francisco 49ers Academy 

Located in East Palo Alto, the San Francisco 49ers Academy provides adolescent students with a community of support empowering them to be engaged in school, to excel, and to make positive contributions to our world. We bridge the opportunity gap by creating transformational learning opportunities that empower youth to realize their full potential. By providing our students with the resources, relationships and services they need, we are changing lives, one student at a time.  We are family.

To mark our 20th year, we’ll embark on an ambitious expansion plan that includes doubling the number of students we serve in the next 5 years.
